Can I customize the prints?
You sure can! Upon request, some prints’ colours and/or sizes can be customized. Contact us to discuss options.
How are the prints printed?
All our prints are professionally printed with bleed on a high quality heavyweight 192g/m2 stock Epson Enhanced Matte Paper on a wide format Epson printer using 100 year lasting pigment ink technology.
Please know that the colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. As designers we pay close attention to our colours and their relationship with the artwork to make sure that our customers receive great quality product every time.
How are the prints shipped?
All our prints are packaged with care, and shipped in sturdy rigid protective envelope with a cardboard backing inside a clear sleeve for 8x10 prints, or in a kraft cardboard tubes for larger size prints for safe delivery. If the print was damaged due to damaged packaging, send us the photos of the damage to email@example.com in order for us to process the claim. We will then gladly send you a replacement piece.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Sorry, but at this time we do not offer gift wrapping services.

When will I receive my order?
All orders are printed to order and are typically processed between 3-5 business days. Our small format prints are professionally printed in-house and shipped from Yokohama, Japan. Large format prints 18x24, 24x36 are printed and shipped via USPS from our partner printing house in the United States. If you are placing an order containing large format as well as small format prints together, the entire order will be printed and shipped from the United States.
What currency are the prices in?
Our prices are listed in USD.
Duties and customs?
Please know that some international orders may incur import taxes or duties upon delivery. These duties are not collected or covered by PICA Things We Love, and are the responsibility of the customer. For information on customs and other related import fees, please contact your local customs office.
Is my transaction secure?
Yes, we take the security of our customer's personal and payment information very seriously. We will never share or sell your information to a third party. The information we collect is used solely to contact you about your order if necessary. Your checkout process is made over a secure server and your credit card information is never stored.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns that are sent back within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for processing your return request. The return shipping cost would have to be paid by the customer without reimbursement. We offer no exchanges at this time.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns for custom orders.
We also offer no cancellations or refunds on orders that have been shipped. In the case of where the print is being customized, please let us know right away if you require a refund. No refunds will be given once the customized order went to print.
